You can add "really" or "quite" after "I'm…" for emphasis.

You can add more details about your hobbies and interests:

I like arts and crafts. I'm a creative / practical person, and like doing things with my hands.

I'm an outgoing person, and like socialising / hanging out with friends.

I enjoy being physically active, and spend a lot of time playing sports and team games.

Saying why you like your hobby
You can also explain why you spend time on your hobby to make the conversation longer and more interesting.

My hobbies is climbing mountain.It's interesting.It's also a relatively risky hobby but I love it.I never seem to be attracted to this and I will pursue it to the end.I will conquer all the mountain tops of whether big or small across the country.I will find out the highest mountain in the world in the next few years and will conquer it.I love this life has given my dreams and will make it all the way.I love colorful life.

Hi, my english name is Hanna my hobbies is go swimming. In the summer, I can go swimming three or four times a week. But these days my mom doesn't allow me to go swimming because the time at school and do homework is not enough for me to go swimming. I would love to go swimming because it can help me higher and stronger.
